School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Sporting Carnivals
Dates: Term 1- Swimming and Cross Country Carnivals
Term 3- Athletics Carnival
Students in Years 3-6 have the opportunity to participate in a variety of sporting events throughout the year and earn points for their sporting houses. Successful students have the chance to represent the school at zone, regional and state levels.
Gold Banner Assemblies
Dates: Each term
Students who have earned five blue awards are presented with a gold banner at these special assemblies. Everyone is welcome to join the celebrations.
Sporting Programs: Motiv8 Sports
Dates: Each term
Students participate in highly engaging sporting activities that promote teamwork, build sportsmanship and develop sporting skills.
Easter Parade
Dates: Term 1
Students in K-2 enjoy showcasing their Easter creations at the annual Easter Hat Parade.
P&C meetings
Date: Twice per term
Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held each term in the school hall. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.
Life Education- Healthy Harold
Date: Term 3
Students look forward to seeing Healthy Harold each year as part of the Life Education program. This program empowers children to make safer, healthier and happier choices.
Open Day
Date: Term 3, Week 5
Everyone is welcome to visit our classrooms and learn about the valuable learning experiences that are taking place every day.
Book Week
Date: Term 3, Week 5
Each year we celebrate reading and books during book week. Students engage in a variety of activities designed to foster a love of literature.
Stage 3 Camp
Date: Term 3, Week 7
Students visit Broken Bay Sport and Recreational Camp for a three day excursion. The focus of the program is on encouraging students to lead active and healthy lifestyles, participating in a variety of outdoor activities.
Year 2 Swimming Scheme
Date: Term 4, Weeks 5 and 6
These learn to swim classes promote water confidence and water safety.
Dental Screening
Date: Term 3
The Primary School Mobile Dental Program will be offered in Term 3. Children attending have access to free dental care through the program. The program is delivered by experienced NSW Health staff, using a combination of fully equipped dental vans and portable dental equipment set up on school grounds.
Remembrance Day
Date: 11 November 2025
Students attend a commemorative assembly to remember those who have lost their lives in battle.
Year 6 Farewell
Date: 9 December 2025
Our Year 6 students celebrate their graduation from primary school at this special event. It is a highlight of the Year 6 calendar!!
Presentation Day
Date: 11 December 2025
Presentation Day is an opportunity for students, parents and carers to celebrate the successes of our students across all aspects of the curriculum. We are looking forward to seeing you there.
